Jean's visit...

Mom and Jean came down for a few days this past week - Jean very sweetly wanted to spend some quality time with Tanner before going back to teaching in a couple of weeks. Tan and Jean had lots of quality time and he had so much fun. I didn't get many pictures as I was doing lots of running around - mostly to dr's/dentist appt.'s and such - but I had to post this one that Jean and Mom got on my camera.

Back at the Fair....

Here are some pictures from our trip back to the fair as a family last weekend. Tanner couldn't wait to get another free balloon (which he trailed around with him for days afterwards even though the helium was all gone) and was all keen to do some more rides, especially the roller coaster. It's his favorite this year. It goes pretty fast so we were really surprised that he likes it as much as he does as most kids his age were screaming by the end. But he wanted more! He was also excited to go on the Ferris Wheel like in "Pig Movie" (aka Charlotte's Web). We met up with our friends Dan, Alicia, Owen and Jack in the evening, and Tan and Owen had an cremee (soft serve ice cream) together and watched the tractors (at the tractor pull). Here are a few pictures...

Grandma's visit:)

We just finished an incredible visit with Grandma, Aunt Karen and Aunt Jen. They came up from Texas to visit us for a week and a half, and Tanner had a ball. We went hiking, swimming, visited the fair (Tanner LOVED the rabbits and this one pot-bellied pig that he couldn't get enough of), played a ton, and just had a great time. Here are some pictures....

Road trip to Great Grandpa's

While Mom and Jen and Karen were up visiting they took Tan on a little road trip to visit Great Grandpa in Binghamton, NY. Tanner had a great time. While he was in Binhamton he visited visited Aunt Aud, and Uncle Chuck (and loved eating peanuts with Uncle Chuck - a whole new adventure, and playing with everyone - Uncle Jim even stopped by), went to the Merry-Go-Round and park with Grandma and the girls, played with Aunt Karen and Aunt Jen (Aunt Karen taught him to put puzzle pieces in his toes), played chase with Dusty (Great Grandpa's dog), learned to Boom Chicka Boom and Tootie Tot with Aunt Karen, and just had a great time. Here are some pictures.
