Up at Manitou....riding a tricycle!!!!

Tan and I spent the past week up at Manitou with Geemie and Poppa and had a ball. The weather was fantastic. Great for swimming, and playing at the beach, and everything else. It was fabulous! While we were up there, Geemie and Poppa brought out the old tricycle (the one Jean and I used growing up and I think Mom before us) and Tan really got onto it! He totally got the idea of pushing the peddles to make himself go forward (and backward), even though the peddles are still a little bit of a stretch for him. He hasn't really been interested in our tricycle at home so it was so cool to see him get into this one and peddling up and down the porch like we did as kids. Very fun. At the end of the week Geem and Poppa looked after Tan for a few nights so Mike and I could have a little get away in Montreal which was very kind of them as well. We had a great time (and I know Tanner did too) and we owe them a big thank you:)
